KYC (Know Your Customer) documents are mandatory.

You agree to use PayBira strictly for legal and authorized purposes.

You must not use our service for gambling, pornography, drugs, or other prohibited businesses.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in suspicious or illegal activity.
4. Fees & Payouts

Our standard transaction fees are listed on www.paybira.com/fees.

Payouts to bank accounts are processed based on our settlement schedule (e.g., T+1 or T+2).

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on received payments.
5. Refund & Chargeback Policy

Merchants must handle refund requests from their customers directly.

In the event of a chargeback, the disputed amount may be temporarily withheld until resolved.

PayBira may charge a chargeback dispute handling fee.
6. Data Privacy & Security

We adhere to strong security practices and PCI DSS compliance.

Your data is encrypted and never shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of terms or non-compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability
PayBira shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
